Shiloh Coleman

Shiloh has represented the legal interests of businesses since 2002. A former police officer, Shiloh started his legal career as a business litigation attorney at the premier law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP before becoming General Counsel and COO of a global telecom start-up, and later starting his own business law practice. A Texas lawyer since 2008, Shiloh started practicing in 2002 after graduating from UCLA Law and remains licensed in both Texas and California. Shiloh’s interest in data privacy law led him to become certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as both a Certified Information Privacy Professional, US (CIPP/US) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). Shiloh is a member of the Texas Bar College and serves on the board (previously as chair) of the Austin Bar Association’s Corporate, Business & Tax Section.


David Greenberg

David is an experienced senior business and securities lawyer, helping people and businesses through various stages of a business venture - from formation through growth, third party investments, and ultimately sale. David’s broad business law experience includes Regulation D Private Placement Offerings, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Entity Formations, Incentive Compensation Plans, Commercial Leases, as well as outside general counsel support. Having worked as an investment banking analyst before beginning his legal career, David also has both an MBA and Masters in Business Transactions. David and Shiloh met while working together at another law firm and quickly realized they shared a common approach to practical and efficient business law services for their clients.
